For the past year, I’ve been using a supplement stack consisting of taurine, N-acetylcysteine (NAC), goji berry, and barberry root, and the results have been nothing short of transformative. Dosage: I recommend taking one capsule before sleep to start with, but the normal dose is two. Two can be overwhelming if you ate a heavy meal that night or ate late. You can also take one at night and one when waking up.
Consistency: I take these supplements at least an hour after a meal (best on an empty stomach) to maximize absorption and effectiveness.
